Flowing Hair Dollars are the nearest US equivalent in terms design and general striking technique. In vague general comparison, VF25-30 may be OK, but Sheldon is best for grading US coins.
Unfortunately, I am not really familiar in how Europeans grade their own coins, but under British grading standards, this coin would grade at around the VG to F grade level.
