The OP did not ask for grade on the other forum.
The coin was offered for sale.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I think I'd put it in high AU for detail but hard to tell with the pics. I can't tell if it's damage or staining on the obverse but I'd guess it would pull a AU details grade, I'd try soaking it in acetone for a bit if you haven't already.

The coin is neither MS nor red, therefore it's a variety hole filler regardless of grade, worth about $25.

I should pick one of these up, I don't normally see them in non mint state and they usually are priced from 100-300, I'll get one eventually if I never find one. I have a bunch to check at some point.
