Solidly MS I would say. I see two tiny scratches on the obv and equally tiny scuffs on the obv and rev. Had to take a good look to see any of them - not detracting at all. MS-65? Possibly higher?

I can't see it going higher than MS65 with the minor scratches.
Still a nice coin though.

These coins (that date) was heavily collected and/saved so there are thousands of MS examples out there and they aren't worth the cost of getting them certified. It's a keeper for your collection.
