Hi all found this one not sure if it us a error or variety
I seen similar one on ebay 5 cent selling for $10,000 tell
me your thoughts about this inner circle.

Both of the coin pictured above appear to be damaged. The "ring" in question is caused by a Coin Wrapping Machine or other mechanism. Most likely the coin was on the end of the roll when it was wrapped and the crimping jaws made contact with the coin, cutting into the surface. If you look closely at the ring you will see that metal has been displaced which is a sure sign of damage.

Yes,90% likely caused by a coin wrapping or counting machine.

Such rings can also be caused by coins getting stuck in a damaged vending machine. But no, neither of them are mint errors.

As a general rule, assume anybody on ebay selling a $10000 coin with only 5 feedback is lying. Either about the nature of the coin (as in this case), or the coin itself is fake, or they've stolen pictures from somewhere else and don;t actually have a coin at all.
