Well.... You have an image of a 1960D and a 1982.
Others will be along shortly to help.

Edit: That is a small date.

Overlooking the two 1960 cents you're showing, the 1982-D you have included is indeed a small date cent, and what you need to find is this same coin minted in copper. Buy a set of scales (under $10) and if you're ready lucky, this 82-D will pay off big time for you! Let us know! Bonne chance!

Its a small date... http://lincolncentresource.com/smal...es/1982.html

@merclover I believe only two are known to exist of the 82-D copper small date so far. I believe they were 3.07g and 3.08g (Normal for copper planchet is 3.11g but there is some variance. Normal for zinc planchet is 2.5g).

Yes, it's the D mint small date copper that's valuable.

Yes, there are actually 7 varieties for 1982 Lincoln cents. You will notice that its only the 1982-D small date that is only in zinc, and so if found on copper its a rare error as coinfrog also mentioned. The others all can be found on both zinc and copper planchets normally and only valuable in certain cases like a very high grade if you look at PCGS website price guide or has some other reason like another variety or error.

Heres a couple more differences of the small and large 1982 date to help from a short video.

Just in case someone doesn't want to watch the video, here's a Photoshop side-by-side of the 1982-D large and small date cent.
