I didn't see any cleaning scratches so I didn't think it was cleaned but to be honest I didn't examine it. I just came here straight away. I'm glad the photo's were good enough. I guess it was dipped then? Or how was it cleaned? I have coins that are completely scratched, so I know those are cleaned, but I don't have any that are shiny like this.
