It's very possible this is 005, but, if it is, it's a very late die stage.

Most of the early stages list a die gouge on the front of the vest as a marker and yours doesn't have that gouge.

But what it does have is heavy die polishing on the area of the vest where the gouge was located. It's possible this is a evidence that the gouge was polished out of the die.

Unfortunately, neither VV nor Wexler are particularly helpful in that they don't show the vest area for later stages so if I were a betting man I'd say more likely than not it's 005.
