IMO...I would go EF-40

I think it would grade VF20 - VF30 range.
I don't think it's nice enough to go any higher.

I'm seeing VF-30 anyway, maybe higher but it's hard to tell. Some wear on the lower band of the crown, minor cut through the 'T' in Cent and the rims are a little ragged. Aside from that it's quite nice. Decent detail throughout...

VF-30+ and might make XF-40 on a good day. There's very little wear actually, but the rims look less than ideal.

Very nice large. I wouldn't quibble if it graded EF45.
