The package they used for the dollar and cent pair was longer than the one used for just the cent, but otherwise looked the same. You could also get one of about 2300 certificates redeemable for 100 Golden Dollars, but these coins were normal circulation strikes with the smooth tailfeather reverse. As NumismaticsFTW pointed out, the promotion gave away 10 million free cent coins and 5500 dollar coins, but it was found that some of the dollars were struck with a smooth tailfeather reverse die, so the mintage may be less that 5500. As of the date of this post, only about 250 coins have been certified as "Cheerios" Dollars by the major Third-Party Grading companies.
