My most recent CRH find and I've never seen a penny with a rotated die clash before.

Any thoughts?
Does this kind of error have any value to it even though it's been heavily circulated?

Not a die clash, it is PMD
It is what is known as a vise job or garage job where another coin has been pressed into it.

People do some strange things to coins after they leave the mint, sometimes done by people trying to make something look like an error to make money. You can check out some die clashes to look for or identify on the site:
https://www.maddieclashes.com/ and this does not mean you cant find one that is not on the site.

I noticed a couple were covered in the book strike it rich with pocket change 5th edition
