The hits on the temple and "Trust" don't hold this to a 65?

I'm at MS65 due to the hits (multiple) but since they are all hidden in the hair I can see PCGS calling this coin a MS66 as well.

It has been approximately 2 days, 1 hour, 5 minutes and 47 seconds since I posted this coin, so I am now closing it out.

CCF members were generally 1 point lower in assessing this Washington quarter.

MS 67
