This coin has a great design--John the Baptist in such an important scene! Do you see this as a "straight grading" one, or would the marks behind the head on the obverse "details" it?
As @Keith says, in addition to the blemish behind the head (not clear to me if this is PMD or a planchet defect), there looks like damage from mount removal at 3:00. I would buy this coin in a heartbeat if I were interested in the reverse scene and the price were right. It is a somewhat atypical depiction of John. There is also a piastre of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany struck around the same time, with a scene of John baptizing Jesus: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces98909.html
