Please be more specific. Looks pretty normal in this pic.

Just some minor over inking on that specific number. It's not what I'd call common, but it's definitely not rare.

Over inking error on the 5 in the serial number, its a minor error very common on 2013 on the third serial number on the top right, but there are examples like yours with one digit on both sides of the serial numbers and its also found on other years.

These type of errors I usually put into my 'junk' drawer where they may or may not have any added value but are just interesting finds. Unlike some of the other 'minor' common errors like turned digit (gas pump) that should hold little value above face but still sell on ebay to collectors for their personal collections who think its unusual at slightly above face value, this one digit over inking does not appear to sell on 2013 notes as I cant find any sold from those listed at this time. I also did not see any sales of one digit on both sides selling yet for 2013. I'd keep one only in good condition or one with two digits over inked if a personal collection and then spend the rest if its a new bill and doesn't have any other interesting finds on the same bill.

Heres a few interesting errors that might turn up someday:

This is paper money minutiae, I'm afraid. This is a minor curiosity and will never be worth more than face value.
