I can't really see what's going on with the edge there; can you post pics without the capsule?

Inner rim or is it misaligned coin yes its outside of capsule.

Given the amount of wear evident on the coin, I'd say it's just a damaged rim. The damage is in the same area on the coin, so I suspect some kind of squeezing has taken place.
