ok I need help trying to figure what is going on with my coin I dont know what its called so I cant google to find out so I'm hoping that one or all of you guys can help me and explain it to me

As noted, the bumps seem to be zinc dust under the copper plating.

I think the lines on the coin are Roller Lines from manufacturing the zinc material used for the coin's core as all of the lines are along the same axis on both the obverse and reverse.
