Pretty sure this is either a 1960-D small date or a 1964-D. Just can't be sure.

Nice one. Looks late stage to me as well.

(Looks like part of the horizontal crosslet from a 4 in your image. It lines up just above the midpoint of the loop of the 6.)

Looks like that cap was melting off the die, neat. At first glance it looks like a "4" to me.

Thanks for the great comments! When I first twiddled the coin around in the light, the last digit looked like a 4 to me as well. But just can't rule out a 0 as that still kinda fits what I see.
