1970 S Lincoln Memorial Cent Doubled Die - Wdoubled Die Obverse / DDO -028 (Small Date)

The first one I looked at was WDDO-028, a rather microscopic level doubled die but still a DDO on a small date is a rare combo. Look closely at the upper left of the E of WE and the T of TRUST to see some of the notching. Also there is a separation line visible in the lower curve of the 0 of the date. I could see the separation line with a loupe so knew it was a DDO, but didn't see the notching until it was under the scope. 1970-S Lincoln Memorial cent doubled die - WDDO-028 (small date) Report this Post to the Staff
