$20 Watermark Smile? - Coin Community Forum

As security paper dries at the mill, slight variations in the appearance of the president's portrait are possible. Although interesting, these minor variations attract nearly zero interest from collectors. Unless the watermark is missing, or on the wrong side, no one cares. Report this Post to the Staff
