2019 Dime Mint Error? - Coin Community Forum

It doesn't look like wear because the center of the coin is clear. Any help would be appreciated Report this Post to the Staff

Yokozuna Pillar of the Community United States 4618 Posts	Posted 08/23/2022 3:39 pm to the CCF! This doesn't look like an error. I think the coin's surfaces have been sanded or abraded away. It could have been intentional or it could have been trapped in a rotational device. Dryer Coin? If you can get a weight on the coin, I think you'll find that it is less than the specified weight of 2.27 grams. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting?
