Wait wait wait... I just found the same coin today.. 2008. It's odd that it's the same year. U sure it's from vending machines ? I tried posting a pic but the file is too large darn it

Yep, vending machine or parking meter or one of those bank/store change machines for getting $$ for dumping in loads of change.

Vending or Rolling Machine Damage for sure.

darn, I was getting excited especially since it was from the same year.. I thought maybe it would be an error coin. oh well I have other cool coins I found and have many questions about some things so I will be looking around this site just joined today.

Not vending machines, but rather a coin rolling machine is the most likely culprit. Either way, yes, very sure it's post mint damage.
