the observe side is covered with a dark patina

This is a sehr schön (ss) German grade in my eyes.
Sheldon scale would be a high VF or low EF I'd say.

Looks EF-40 to me. Nice coin.

It has seen some wear, it would likely grade XF40 to XF45.

the reverse pic is a bit not too clear but a light cartwheel luster could be seen under light
