Indian Head Cent / IHC Question About $$ Varities

suipakpaikungfu Pillar of the Community United States 992 Posts	Posted 08/30/2022 1:42 pm I recently bought and estate of coins, including around 1000 IHC. (There were 12(!) 08-S, I paid FMV for them) I'm looking for expert help on 5-7 varieties worth searching for. I already know the value in the keys and semi keys. I collect Morgan / Peace by VAM #. From there, I would organize into dates that have premium variety. And from there I'd pull out the loop. Dates that have good varieties: 1864 (look for the pointed bust, 1864 w/l) 1865 - fancy 5 DDR 1867/67 1868 gouge on shield 1869/69 RPD 1871/1872 shallow n reverse 1873 DDO 1880 DDO, Mis aligned clash on reverse 1883 1 in neck 1887 DDO 1889 mis aligned reverse clash 1890 TDO and 1890 mis aligned reverse clash 1891 DDO 1894/1894 RPD 1897 1 in neck That rounds out most of the top varieties.
