I went to an in-person auction this weekend ( Florida Unclaimed Property Auction) looking for wheat cents and came away with an old Whitman Indian cent album in the lot. (There was a lot to sort through and have only just begun to look through the individual groupings.) I thought others might like to see that there are still some deals out there. Enjoy and I'll keep you updated as I go through this group. Lots/most are details but still a nice stumble-upon. It's been a long while since I've delved into IH cents so please feel free to give a grade or variety if you spot one. 1909s Indian cent VF(?) Details (Distracting scratches on the rev.) Thanks CF. It seems like there is the "whole enchilada" in the lot. Seems like it is a complete set, w/3 FE (no '56 FE)! I'll start a separate thread when time allows for the rest as I look them over.

Nice pickup! Did you say complete set? 1877?

Thanks, everyone. First coin I looked at in the lot was this one. Quote: Nice pickup! Did you say complete set? 1877? I think so on the set and Yep on the 1877. I've quickly gone through the group out of excitement but haven't checked to see if all are there. I know the 1864"L", the 1877, and the 1908s are there as well. Not a bad pickup as a "byproduct" of the important wheats in the lot. LOL (I'll be sharing the others separately.)

Thanks Shieldus. In case anyone stumbles across this thread in the next century or so, here's a link to the 1877 in the group. http://goccf.com/t/430058
