Not a bad looking example, these are a little tougher to find nice with a reasonable price tag. This one is an AU-50 Cleaned in my eyes. I don't see much of any luster left.

I thought that there was a good chance that the 1830 Bust Half was cleaned. However, what leads you to believe that this coin is cleaned, @jacrispies; I'd love to learn!

The fine vertical hairlines, the lack of luster, overall surface quality, and color are the hints to an old cleaning. The 1839 reeded edge bust halves seem to come with cleanings a lot of the time, so this coin is not out of the ordinary.

AU-58 with an older cleaning. It might straight grade now.
