For Canadian coins, you got to go ICCS. They would never miss anything that obvious. NGC and it's affiliates (PMG, CGC for example) have lost focus for the mighty $$.

If they bid on it as a No H, they will overpay by a lot. It should be pulled or the description revised noting the mistake.
