It looks genuine and around XF40 in these images. Might be better though. There are a few rim nicks that hopefully don't look too bad in-hand.

out of focus shots.....any opinion on true grade is pure speculation.....beautiful coin regardless...

Agree xf, would need better photos to give a numerical grade.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?
