Need a better picture, please. All I can make out is a blurry blob that could be a Cud or just damage.

yes, please try a new picture, cropped in a bit closer, then a close-up of the area of interest.

Also there is no mint mark

If that edge is showing an inward push, it may just be damage to the outside edge of the coin. (The reeds will not be normal but flattened) If the edge is normal, include a closer view of that area of the coin.
