Looks like like a slight mad. But when the dies wear, on of the areas to see the die wear is on the 'L' on Liberty on cents. As the aging is seen on the outside edge of that device:

No, the only time a MAD has any value is if some of the devices run
off the edge. What you have is within spec. Not every coin is perfect.

The devices on a MAD need to fall over the edge of the coin and show weakness on the opposite side:

That is when you will know that you have a premium one.
