Bern Mint.

Interesting alloy:
billon
10% silver (AGW 0.25 grams)
the rest copper nickel.

EF (Swiss grading), -ref. Munzenkatalog .ch Catalogue des monnies 1798-2008)

The Swiss grade their coins with particular severity.

There is a lot of 'junk' on this coin, and the high point details are rather flat, with no wear visible, as seen in screen shots.
Makes me think that fake is possible.
If genuine, then quite valuable, even in EF.

I have an 1850 5 Rappen and an 1850 20 Rappen in billon, but in low grade, and thus not valuable.
But they do not display the 'junk' that the OP's coin has.
