The graders don't consider Machine Doubling and plating over zinc dust. Coin contact they do not ignore. But as a buyer, you would want to see these items not on a graded coin. When you go to sell them, they will be a problem coin to a serious collector. But the coin, not the plastic. If your not happy with their grade or coin, don't buy it. A problem coin will be a harder sale when you don't want them any longer.

Hi everyone!
After contacting Conecaonline.org with images of the coin, they have concluded that its in fact Machine Doubling.
I will like to thank Coincommunity and specially the experts at Coneca for saving my wallet to a bullet.
