ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛYΣIMAXOY = King Lysimachos.

Although there were lots of contemporary imitations of the Athena seated types of tets of this king (including some of poor style), the style here is sooooo bad, I think it's probably a modern fake.
