Hard to know for sure that it's MS from the photos. If it is, probably no higher than 62 because of the large gash on the cheek.

Assuming MS, I am at 62 as well. A typical weak strike for the year.

Grade aside, I find the coin unattractive. Not much more money will buy a much nicer coin.

no. poor photos are hiding stuff. the strike is weak for an 04(O) and there is more than we are seeing on that obverse. the photos are on purpose to deceive. PASS
at best MS63 and thats being generous

I had assumed the gash is just in the luster. I think the MS-62 examples on the grading pages look significantly worse.

ms62 or ms63 depends on how the cheek looks from different angles
