Note what you are seeing? Is this devices larger or small on that device of the '2'? Note it is larger. So this is a partial Grease Fill on that device. When the device is filled with grease, the upper part (the tapered part of the normal device) is filled in with grease. Thus preventing the device from showing the normal height and taper of a normal device. So just a bit of grease can do this. It will continue to do so until the grease is removed, or is compromised with grit or other debris and then could fall out of that device. That is what you are seeing on your coin.
