2022-P Dime Just Found 6 Dimes That Look Like They Are All From The Same Die.

Got a roll of dimes from the bank. All were 2022 P and looked like they had not yet been circulated. On the reverse on the torch cap is a die chip. These looked liked they came out about the same time and show no other die marks. Take a look and see if you agree.

Rolls that like (from what you describe it sounds like an OBW roll) typically have coins struck from the same couple of dies. All of those look like a match!

Could be a progression. Check on other areas for matching die scratches or other die events. You might get a more sure answer when you can see the same markers on a different area. That would confirm that they are from the dame die pairs.

I checked but that was the only marker I could find. However, I just found 9 dimes from the same roll with 6 having markers on the obverse. The other 3 might match if the obverse had a progression after those 3. I'll post those in a few minutes.

Ok... The second roll had 5 more matches. I'll let you know if I can any other die marker to confirm the match.
