1994 D Quarter What Is That Claw Looking Thing In The Wing On The Reverse

ok I have a couple of questions on this 1994 D quarter first on the reverse what is that claw looking thing in the wing and on the right branch at the bottom is that some kind of doubling and the same in god we trust

Just Machine Doubling.No listing for that year on Variety Vista as doubled die. Note the areas you are looking at? It is on the outside edges of the devices. That is where you will find Machine Doubling. A double die will have the devices enlarged in the centers of the devices:

Side by side of a normal and a DDR showing the spread on the centers of the devices. (Forget looking on the outside edges of devices)

im trying but I see the Machine Doubling and get exited and forget everything you have bean teaching me whats the claw looking thing is it some kind of clash
