ok I have a few questions on my 2007 D penny douse it have a doubled eye,chin,and what about the hair that runs over the ear it looks like there are two of them almost forgot what about the bow tie the left side on the bottom along the point I think thats all the questions I had

Looks more like damage to the coin. Note the affected areas are lower than the normal design. On a doubled die, the affected area will be raised higher on the design of showing extra width on the devices. Just a spender coin.

i see what you guys are saying I never noticed it until you guys said sompthing it looks just like the one next to it except I can see where it has a gouge instead thanks I need to pay more attention to detail

It takes time to train the eye. So don't sweat progress. Consider it something learned today.
