2021 Morgan Question

I think I'm confusing myself.

Are the notches/creases/horizontal lines at the top left neck of these new Morgans part of the design? These are the lines where the neck almost meets the lower jaw.

I was under the impression they are not. I now think I'm wrong, and it's part of the design vs a flaw.

I too thought the " Lines " were added.

My BU-1878 7over 4 TF Morgan silver dollar Pocket Piece Does Not have the Horizontal Twin lines seen in the Pictures above. I Have seen this design in the " Modern Morgans " of 2021. I also see Small Differing Design lines too, Maybe the Clarity of the Strike.....
