The opposite side of the coin will be pushed outwards on this coin. Not a mint error. Why? The mark is incuse on the one side of the coin, the push out will show on the opposite side of the coin on a post strike coin damage event.

Intentional damage, it could not have happened when the coin was struck.
Maybe someone trying to create an "error" coin.
