It looks like just a scratch, the contact mark to the right edge indicates the beginning of the impact followed by the cutting thru the surface travelling left showing the exit mark.
Scratch would be incuse. If a die crack it will be raised on the center of the affected area. (Not showing a trench) Some think this is raised, on the intentional cut, but the metal is moved aside when the coin is cut with a knife. (The metal has to so some where on a post strike damaged coin) A closer view of the affected area might show us more on your coin?
