I don't generally collect US currency, but I came across this one it was practically given to me, I thought it was kind of cool so here I am.
It would be interesting to collect one from each state if that's possible.
Are these available from each state?
Are there certain states that have fewer that are worth more than others?

I was 9 when the bicentennial was going on. Lived in a town of less than 10,000 and I remember our local post office doing this, so I would say it would be highly possible to get all 50 states. Nice find!

Fancy serial numbers and exotic places have extra value, but it's mostly a fun thing to try and collect your home town or state zip codes. Cool stamps also add slight value.
