Were Peace dollars or Morgan dollars ever issued in bank sealed rolls like the Presidential dollars today? If so are they valuable and hard to find?
Thanks

Did they have rolled coins back then? I know for sure they came in bags... but rolls back in the 20s?

Paper rolls date back to at least the turn of the 20th century. I have also seen metal roll "wrappers" with fold over tabs from back then as well.

Odd but I just can't remember ever seeing a roll of coins when I was a kid. My Dad had a gas station and he used lots of change but don't remember him ever opening up a roll. May there was but to long ago to remember. Talking about the early 40's.
