I don't see too many marks so from that I would say ms64 but its flatter then my 1937 so ill go with 62. Hard to tell the luster from pictures. I've got coins in au58 that look better then ms64. Difficult series to grade. Usually the ms65 and ms66 are shining with luster.

I think they gave this one a 64. Luster isn't jumping out at me. Pretty coin and nice strike, though.
