I found a 10 dollar bill witb some very unique number pattern so I looked it up and saw the 99.7 coolness level. What does that mean? Is it worth more than 10$. How would this number pattern be known as?

These "coolness" ratings are pretty useless. Outside of being a binary with just a random sequence, this note doesn't have much value to a collector I'm guessing.

It's worth $10.00 not a penny more.

Nice Find. What you have is a 'binary' note. This means it has two digits 7+3 only. A true binary is where the serial numbers can only contain 1s and 0s and true binary's tend to be valuable. Condition also always plays a factor ultimately in determining value. Nowadays, binary serial numbers have been extended to many types, and if the serial numbers consist of two different digits like yours then they are also called binary but have a lower value than a true binary.

Value is likely $10-35 or so added to the face value. 73773733 also contains 2 4-of-a-kinds which some may like. If the 4 of a kinds were both in a row such as 77773333 that would be a binary but also a Double Quad.

PS: Ignore the coolness index and instead just learn what types of fancy serial numbers have value and to look for. Heres a few to get you started:

Jimbucks said it best. The Coolness score is very misleading, especially to new collectors plucking notes found in circulation with seemingly interesting serial numbers.

A fun find, but probably not fun enough to keep. That is, unless you like 3's ad 7's and if you do then keep it! Collect what you like.

The majority of currency collectors do not consider serial numbers like yours to be collectable. You may get lucky and find a new collector on ebay who will pay a small premium, but it usually isn't worth the effort. In any case, condition is everything. Crisp uncirculated is the way to go,
