can someone tell me what errors this coin has? I bought it at a local flea sale mixed in with other no-value coins and possibly an error or damaged nickel which I will post later. or has someone just stamped a penny onto another penny?

how to tell if it has been made in the workshop?

Done in a garage. The Difference? Note all the devices are incuse on the coin, all are mirrored and they location of the other two coins were not in the same position. (Note both sides are tails) If it were a double struck coin it would look totally different:

CoopHome: How can you tell if a coin was doubled struck and not transferred by a vise squeeze? devices will be equally struck in correct position and not mirrored.

Coop is referring to the second strike.
It shows the memorial on both sides which just can't happen
It is just a damaged cent worth 1 cent.
