I also think MS-62, but need to examine very carefully
if there has been any minor pitting under the black spots, especially under the crown.

I don't see any hits or obvious wear - MS63 maybe 64.

Hey quick question, this coin is slightly concave. is that normal for these coins? like the reverse stick out a bit.

The low MS scoring coins always puzzle me a little. There are a great many AU coins with greater eye appeal for example and yet, they're lower on the value scale. It's all a little odd.
