A UK dealer would probably describe this as Fair or Good - we aren't very precise with grades below Fine. Not sure of the Sheldon grade but an Edward VII halfcrown is quite a nice thing to have in any condition!
High VG, most of the ear is visible, some hair is clear. Usual wear on Rev, these coins had a low rim and wore easily. This problem was rectified with George V issues of this design.
Honest piece and around average, a bit better for the issue. This coin was heavily used through the 1900s and 1910s into the 1940s.
