This is not a coin. I think it is either a token or a medal.

Welcome! How does this compare to the size of a US quarter? I think it might be an arcade token.

Your first one does indeed look like a generic amusement / parking / laundromat / turnstile token. CertainlyI've seen tokens with a similar styled eagle-and-shield.

The second one is a "Reader's Digest" replica ancient coin. Quite a few have turned up here on the forum.

Well, if it's the same size as a quarter, then it's a safe bet that it's an amusement token.

We've just had an object posted that's clearly a generic token, with an identical FREEDOM wings-and-shield obverse that this piece has. So yes, it's a token.
