Little Crown On Found On 2021-P Delaware Quarter

twobitstracker New Member United States 4 Posts	Posted 10/13/2022 1:37 pm Here's the first error I've found on a coin that I know is an error & I was able to score mint rolls for 2021-P Delaware, 2021-D NY, and 2003-D Alabama. I realize that "error" has a specific meaning that I still haven't grasped the parameters for. What I meant is that this was the first defect that I found that I knew wasn't PMD. How does one find a list of the official errors for quarters? Do I have to buy a book, or is there a resource on the web? Thanks! Report this Post to the Staff

(Unless it is massive in size or somehow unusual. It's just considered flaw in minting. Report this Post to the Staff

Also an error can only occur during the striking of the coin, anything after that it's PMD. To learn what an actual error is, study some websites such as error-ref.com to know what to look for.
