Moy who was the 38th director of the U.S. Mint released a book in 2013 called American Gold & Platinum Eagles https://www.amazon.com/American-Gol.../0794839738/ and A guide book of gold eagles 2nd over at whitman which has some other gold books also. https://whitman.com/a-guide-book-of...2nd-edition/ Mercanti did not publish one for Gold eagles. Not sure if you joined the ANA as they have a library many dont seem to know about where you can borrow from their vast collection for the cost of the shipping.
