i know it was an ms66 that didnt get graded as ms66+ the first time and was resubmitted for profit for both grading company and seller. hence I avoid paying bloated prices for such overgraded coins.

Odd statement. With that logic, a CAC bean on a 66+ indicates CAC doesn't/shouldn't apply to 66+ graded coins. I think they would disagree with you.

You should be buying the coin anyway, not the holder or the grade. You pay for what you feel the coin is. But I'm curious as to why you feel this way.
